Noel Leon Sr. was born and trained as a Mechanical Engineer in Cuba in 1987. After emigrating to the United States, he brought with him decades of hands-on engineering experience and an uncompromising standard for precision workmanship.
He founded Leon Manufacturing Group LLC in Miami to serve the growing industrial base of South Florida — a region where marine, aerospace, construction, and process industries intersect. His vision: a shop that treats every customer like a long-term partner, not a transaction.
Today, with over 25 years in operation and a team of 25+ skilled machinists, welders, and fabricators, Leon MFG continues to grow — but the values that Noel brought from his engineering training and life experience remain unchanged: do the work right, stand behind it, and treat people fairly.
